Steem has a really interesting dynamic. People always talk about attracting top you tubers to steemit but these people make a living from blogging. They will be cashing out most of not all rewards which will put downward price pressure on Steem.

I agree that Steem has a decent use case which many Alts are missing. The trouble is most cryptos are still used for speculation and their price bears no relevance to their utility. This will change as crypto goes main stream and many Alts will be worthless.
