Before we get started;
I'd like to go ahead and give a small personal introduction, so without further-a-due, hey guys, I'm ggteixeira or just Ggt for short. I've been around Steemit for give or take six months now and have spent my time here both reading or making content due to with games. I personally love games. I've been playing them ever since I was a kid. I also happened to really like reading and writing. So keeping those two things in mind, I'm sure you guys could imagine how happy I was when I found out about Steemit. Here I find myself able to read and learn more about video games while also creating my own posts sharing some of my gaming stories or knowledge.
So far for this half-year I've really enjoyed my stay on this site and plan on sticking to it for a great many years to come. So, if you happen to find yourself into gaming content and what-not, check out my profile @ggteixeira. Maybe even drop a follow if you like what you see, who knows.
Moving on;
I'll be giving a brief description on DTube, a Steemit application I've used before and have been using to upload my videos to Steemit.
DTube is kind of like YouTube, but instead of being on it's own separate site is linked to Steemit directly instead. On DTube, content creators can upload and share video-form content relatively easily with other users on Steemit. There the videos just like posts on Steemit can be up-voted and commented on. All the up-votes and comments are shared between the Steemit post and the DTube video. For gamers like me who love to upload gameplays and clips from the games we play onto Steemit, DTube is a dream come true.
If you want to learn more about DTube what better place than a post made by the actual creator himself which you can find here. Furthermore if for whatever reason you find yourself with any questions or concerns regarding DTube, leave them in the replies section below and I'll answer as soon as possible.
About the Video!
Like I have been doing for the past three video-related posts, I'm going to be leaving a warning here regarding some of the commentary. There's a bit of swearing in the video so I suggest muting the sound if you're younger or just don't like vulgar language in general. Compared to some of my other videos though it's not as bad, but it's still bad none the less. I'm sorry if this inconveniences anyone.
Moving on, lets talk about the video itself. Here me and my friend Wolfie (aka Talkarr) decided to play a normals draft pick early in the morning today. With him as Shyvana in the jungle and me taking the role of attack damage carrying using Jhin, both of us desperately fought in an attempt to turn a desperate game around. The match was really rough at first, with the enemy's mid (Zed) taking the lead and our top (Yasuo) being absolutely useless. At about fifteen minutes in, the game already seemed lost.
But, myself and Wolfie decided to pick up the slack. Securing our team some kills we carefully began snowballing ahead farming and avoiding any unnecessary fights. After a while, we had enough gold to purchase the items we needed before turning it around with some crazy outplays and throwing our team ahead. In the end we managed to win our team the game in what would be a good comeback story to tell and show with this video down the line.
What is League of Legends?
Here's a quick description I've written up for previous League of Legends oriented posts.
"League of Legends (abbreviated LoL) is a multiplayer online battle arena video game developed and published by Riot Games for Microsoft Windows and macOS. The game follows a freemium model and is supported by microtransactions, and was inspired by the Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne mod, Defense of the Ancients." A perfect description of the game which I borrowed from it's own wiki page.
I'd also like to add on that League of Legends is considered a MOBA game. What does this mean? Well, it means that it's a mix between RPG and RTS genre games where you select a champion from a large pool on heroes to play controlling them as you do battle on whichever map and game-mode you pick. League has a variety of different maps and game modes, but the single most popular is it's standard 5v5 on Summoner's Rift where the objective is to through whatever means get through the enemies' defenses and destroy their nexus (base) whilst also trying to protect your own. One reason why this game-mode is so popular is because of it's only use in the League of Legends large pro competitive scene.
Coming to a Conclusion.
That just about wraps up everything having to do with the video in this post. I hope you guys enjoyed the read and the video as much as I enjoyed playing that match itself. Also, make sure to let me know what you guys think in the replies section below. Upvotes are also a great way of showing you enjoy this content and a follow a great way of staying tunes for more. Both are also greatly appreciated by the content creator himself, me! :)
I'd also like to go ahead and a disclaimer like I have been doing in the past three posts regarding my posting schedule. I'll stop reminding you guys after this one, but yea, with the holidays coming to a wrap I should be able to get back into regular posting schedule again soon so stay tuned for that. Finally, remember to have yourself a safe and happy New Years!

Nice. This new patch the carrys, are very strong. Especially with lethality. Just hold a little, in the erly game, that will get stronger, different from the other patches that the carry was back if it did not make a good game. Let's see until ... another that is unstoppable is miss fortune! GG!
My knowledge of MOBAs is basically limited to Dota but I always watch League of Legends videos since I still find the esport really interesting. Thanks for giving an introduction for those that weren't as knowledgeable :).
