This week was a recovery one, I didn't plan it, but during the week, I realized I should give my body recovery needed after a hard race last Sunday. This is what you have to do sometimes (especially after a long time off the bike) if you start feeling sick. Don't push yourself, give body some time and you'll reap the benefits later on :)
