He cannot delete or edit his old posts here on Steem where he promotes Bitconnect. He has a long history of scamming with her girlfriend.
Actually you can kind of blank them out on steemit.com and delete linked youtube videos.
Youtube videos can be deleted but he can't edit titles of the posts or the text inside after certain time period.
