So , yeah I had tried to explain this whole topic based on the example of dtube , as most of us are Dtuber here , so yeah at first I had said that suppose there's an Dtuber who's just creating videos for earning money / upvotes and not giving Importance to his content , his main motive is to just earn upvotes , I mean that's really not fair, Content should be your first priority because there are some audience who really watches your every video and audience are the only one who keeps you motivated to go better everyday . So , if you start making videos with your heart then definitely your Content will gonna improve and definitely it will gonna bring value to the community , I had tried to explain this topic more in detail with this example, also I had tried to explain the topic based on an example of professional life for that I will recommend you to watch the whole video for it
