I read about a different community last week, don’t remember where it is in the world, but think someplace in the East.
All the inhabitants was to share everything what they have earned with their society on time per year. No one was to be rich and no one was to be poor. They have a lot of cool ideas about life and how to live it without greed, envy, jealousy and hate.

Your Utopian idea of no one is rich & no one is poor has never existed. No one is going to tolerate being equally as poor as everyone else.
sorry to say but this is an actual city in the world, and people are free to live there;-) and they do
If this place existed, nasty invaders that flooded into white countries would be going there instead of here.
They will not flee anyplace they don’t know exist:-)
