I woke up one day to suddenly realise that i am twice the man that i once was, and not in a good way, i have gone up from waist size 34 to waist size 40, drastic measures are needed, join me as i embark on a week long water diet, for the next week i shall attempt to drink water and water alone, upvote, tell me what you think on the comment section, resteem and follow ... PEACE! :)

Why do you want to drink water only for a week? The way to loose weight is to lower your calorie intake, eat healthier and exercise. If you don't eat for a week you'll be weak, loose some weight and gain it all back when you start eating again.

Dude that is not the way to lose weight and see it stay off. But presumably you know this? Fasting is not a bad idea now and then but it is not a good strategy for weight loss. Far better to increase activity while moderating simple carb intake (sugars, white flour, pasta, etc.)
