As a quick followup for anyone who may stumble across this thread in the future, I was able to finally upload my video by reducing the quality of the video from 1080p max specs to 480p. At 480mb I was able to upload it without a hitch. It seems that there is a size limit on uploads, so if anyone else has the same issue I recommend compressing or reducing the quality.
