How was your workout day my friend?
Oh, I had such a day I`m so tired!
I when to Yoga at 10;00 am till 11:15 am!
Workout at 4:45 till 5:30 I did some pull-ups and some dips
After that a Class Boot Camp at 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm 1-hour intense workout it is crazy you have to try something like this!
I will try to record it next week!
