i agree with you ... fasting is the best way if you want to heal your body . In India its in the tradition, and now it has become mainstream when science says that it is good for the body.

Intermittent fasting is also quite effective .

Yes!!! I was also laying and doing some chigong breathing with the hand over the stomach!!

This is why I am doing it, like you say, bones are realigning with our breaths, I was also taking mega deep stomach breaths and slow exhaling for a good 10 mins. Its kind of addictive the feeling of fasting lol.

Oh by the way yeh, here I have wifi so I can watch vids!!!! wohoo!

Dam it, I will post alot more also on this subject and share my experiences, for someone who has meditated for a few years, this is a completely different experience. Its amazing how present you become with the eyes open and just sat chilling, this is huge really huge.

You will never feel the same while digesting again! 😁 I love eating but hate the feeling of digesting.
