Here is a quick timelapse video of a character design I did earlier this year.
It shows how I start from a sketch and paint it up to production level.

Great design, man! I love how you don't over do the breast of female characters, unlike other artists! As well as how practical the armor is. :D

Very impressive. I don't know much about D-Tube. I have some quick draw videos on my Youtube channel. Do you think I should consider D-Tube instead? What has been your experience?
Dtube works quite well in terms of being as handy as youtube, not quite.. but i dont mind, dtube actually gives you some $ for your effort, where yt doesnt.. atleast with my videos :D
