To say the truth, the money is a big part of motivation for making people join the community but just like every craft in life, anybody who must succeed must do the things neccesary to have success of which patience, determination, knowledge, maintaining relationship and talent all have a role to play. Thanks for the great comments and piece of advice! I think you said it perfectly, many people come to the platform for the rewards, but in the end, it is really all about the community. Those who overlook that piece, usually don’t last very long.
