If one having more follower more people will see one's posts. So, there is more probability of getting more votes because people are resource, money on the table and don't forget that, people are the foundation of what we are building here at steemit.

I have to say that I don't see it that way.
Only more people does not mean that more people will see your posts.
Imagine not everyone is online at the same time. No include bots and people who are no more active here.
Simply see the views on your posts and thencomparee this number to the upvotes you get.
I believe its hard to get the same amount of upvotes as you have followers.
I believe more in the quality of people instead of the quantity.
