Helpful tips and thanks! Unfortunately, we consume more salt than necessary. So much more that it seriously harms our health. Instead of salt, use salt-free seasonings - herbs and spices (basil, bay leaf, cinnamon, celery, dill, garlic, ginger, mustard, etc.) instead of salt in the cooking process.
