I usually sit outside for a while in the morning before starting the day. It's a great time to just breathe in the high-frequency sounds of the birds: This 'sound-bathing' restores our energy and prepares us for our day ahead. Can be very healing @felt.buzz.
My aim at the moment is to record my own natural sounds for use in my videos. Just have to find out what sort of gear I'll need. ♥︎♥︎⚖️♥︎♥︎
