Ingredients :
1/2 cup of pine nuts
1 bag of Brussel sprouts ( about 300-400 gr)
1 cup OR 225 gr of pancetta
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
50 gr OR 1/4 cups of butter
salt
pepper
1 tsp of bicarb soda
