Hey Steemit and Dtube,
I know some of you may see me as 'having it all together', but that is quite far from the truth.

Every morning, as a lot of us already do, I struggle with both confidence and those little 'doubts' piling up in my head.

In this video, I cover what I do to get past those doubts, and try and start everyday confident, knowing that my individuality is a good thing.

Some days, it takes minutes ... and some days it takes hours!

Thank you for all of the positive feedback I have been receiving about my videos, I'm glad they have helped.

To anyone worried that they aren't "natural' in front of the camera, please don't concern yourself. My first videos were bloody awful!!

SERIOUSLY AWFUL!!

I'm now relaxed in front of the camera because of lots of practice, certainly nothing natural on my part.

Keep trying, you'll get better I guarantee it.

As always, thanks for watching, and see you all soon.

I struggle with this all the time. Usually, my day is set up to succeed after I start making stuff, whether it's videos or an article.

very good video bro i watch your video on dtube...

Inspiring video.

One of the greatest illusion of life is wallowing in self-deceit and burying one's head into an ocean of impression.

No one survives that.

You look good, even great.

Yet you know its not there. You know your core is depleted as sun rises and reposes

You mastered faking it to make others believe it is as you have made it look

But while they feed off your image, your identity crumbles, shattering into smithereens.

Thanks for being real @adventuroussoul

Great post!

Yes buddy
All video is very good
I also watched...

the best way is try real hard to accept ur flaws & love them for what they are ❤️.. that way u gonna overcome them

Thank you for being real. It's frustrating when people go along with the illusion that they have a perfect life. That just makes reality for some people much more difficult. One of the real downsides to social media, is that we tend to only see the highlight reels. This can cause serious lack of confidence and depression in people who don't have a clear understanding that this is what's going on. They wonder why they have problems and lack of excitement in their lives. Most people don't want to share their problems on social media. They want to show the good things that are going on in their lives. They want to show the things that make them feel better about themselves. This gives a false sense of reality to many people, especially teenagers and younger kids. Just imagine the teenager who's dealing with depression, struggling with puberty, school, friends, family, and a slew of other real life struggles. They open up their social media and wow 10 people that they know out of 300 just posted really awesome exciting things that are happening in their lives. It suddenly feels like everyone must be having fun, happy, exciting things happening in their life all the time because they see it posted day after day even though it may be posted by different people day after day, it still gives the impression to the mind that our lives are mundane and depressing compared to those we follow on social media. Keep the great videos coming!

Thanks mate, I'm glad you like them.
On social media, I've never bought into the concept that everything is great....every day! It's just not real life!

Get the rest of these schmucks with youtube fitness channels to switch over here on Dtube....By the way your content is always over the top.

Thanks mate 👍

hey man, congrats of being straight up and honest here man. nice to see.

Thank you for this advice mate! You are definitely right about having self doubt and that nobody is perfect. We just need to see what we can do about it. You have already indirectly, having a great morning routine will help immensely!

Winny out...for now ;)

It‘s very assuasive for me to know that you had to practice so much to become so natual and confident on camera. This makes my hope last for some longer time to finally get on camera as well.
Everybody has their doubts and problems doesn‘t matter how you show yourself in front of the camera. That‘s the dangerous thing about the camera. You caputure and show your views only what you want them to see. And then they may get a wrong impression of you. Of course I don‘t mean you as a person but the film maker in general.

It’s taken me a long time to get used to seeing my talking head while editing :) Funny enough that’s the biggest issue for others when I do an interview or ad with someone. They don’t like watching the edit as they don’t like watching themselves. In the end they like the product, it’s a confidence thing I suppose. I’m just happy being me now a days, so it doesn’t effect me. You’ll be fine in front of the camera, don’t stress.

The gym is a great place to blast out the demons every morning. Keep it up, man!

Absolutely, some people meditate and I smash out some HIIT...whatever works as they say. Thanks for watching mate

I've watched your video a few times, your video makes me addicted to waiting for the next video

Confidence is so important if we hope to get anything done. I always remind myself of the many things I stand to miss out if I choose to stay in my comfort zone. Keep going!

I agreed withYour arguments. Confidence is every thing. Good post.

Do not accept failure, everyone fails at something. But you can't accept not trying.
