I've spent a lot of time relaxing and gaming so far this christmas break.
@strawhat purchased Diablo 3 and we started playing it. I hadn't played it in years, I decided to go with the Monk class and he chose a Barbarian.
We started out with normal difficulty but it appeared as though Blizzard had nerfed the game to the ground, like they do most of the time. So we played the rest of the game on Hard mode and even that felt pretty easy most of the game, we could just run through all hoards of normal monsters and stop by the epic and legendary ones to kill them hoping for some nice loot.

Not a relevant comment for here, but I tried to ask you the other day if you were cool if I used your AskSteemit tag/idea for a post of mine and didn't get a response. This was a classic game that I never got in to. There are so many great games out there and being a hardcore gamer my self, it's hard to have time to play them all :D.
By the way, Dtube lags a lot, I use IPFS for now.
Diablo lags way too much can not even play it most times.
If you are looking for a very similar play style but is actually challenging during the story/campaign I would check out Grim Dawn. Lots of fun and has some interesting additions to the diablo game play style.

Diablo was always one of my favorite games growing up. So cool!
My favorate character is this guy who summons allies like the worm,wolf and other bunch of guys, but i cant seem to finish the campaign with him instead i just used the mage and the very powerful golem that he can summon. at first i used the dirt or mud golem was it? until i reached the fire golem i cant remember but try those classes out there amazing!
I played Diablo I and II back in the days and almost got addicted. Blizzard does a damn good job with this series... I really would like to game #3 too, but I am afraid my reallife would.... disapear in nothingness :-D
But it is fun to watch your videos! Nice substitute ;-)

@acidyo Diablo 3 is addictive! Don't start, I repeat, don't start playing this game! (I guess it's too late now that you've reached the last boss fight.)I now don't have time for the gym! Only thing is it felt pretty easy on Hard mode!

Looking at Divinity Original Sin for a bit of in depth couch co-op fun/
God, I'm glad/lucky that I never got into playing Diablo. Mostly because I know it would have sucked away so much of my time, I've got several friends still playing it quite a bit to this day, and the amount of hours they've sunk into Diablo 1-3 is fucking insane. I got sucked into playing Path of Exile for a few weeks, and I thought the amount of time I spent on there was bad for an MMORPG, in retrospect though after thinking about it, it was just a drop in the bucket for most games of that genre.
Yeah, It's always been like that in Diablo.
The never dying anticipation of a legendary drop.
Maybe this time it will drop brown pants of luck with a special ass protection or some super cool sword of ass kicking.

Hard-expert-master until lvl 70. Gear farming Torment 1-3 rifts. Set items Torment 4-7, full set items Torment 8-13. Greater rifts pushing in between for gem leveling. Diablo 3 level and gear progression in short :)

Diablo 3 ... I also haven't played this game in ages. It's not on my mac anymore. Maybe I can find the dvd somewhere with the game and key. Would love to play a couple of sessions with my friends.

I stopped playing Diablo 3 more than a year ago. After I found out that they've enabled Corsair CUE integration on my keyboard, I've decided to pick it up again!
If you're wondering, Corsair CUE integration enables the game to change my Corsair keyboard's backlight based on the situation in game (i.e. skill cooldown, low health, legendary drops, etc.) You may check it out on my Steemit post here.

Yet another game to add to my "when I retire" pile. I see everyone loving Diablo 3 and I REALLY want to play it but simply don't have time to do so right now.
I enjoyed my time in the original Diablo and found Diablo II more of that but for some reason, it was just not the same to me. Diablo was one of those games that was released at the right time for gamers.
Going to have to try Diablo 3 sooner than later. Maybe even before retirement. Lol.
