Carrot Pudding Ingredients

⦁ 1 ½ liter milk
⦁ 8 Green Cardamom
⦁ 5-7 tbsp ghee
⦁ 5-7 tbsp sugar
⦁ 2 tsp raisins
⦁ 1 tbsp almonds, bunch
⦁ 2 tablespoons dates, sliced
Method of making carrot pudding
- Peel and tighten the carrot first.
2.After this, add cardamom and boil the milk on low heat. - Heat the ghee in a heavy frying pan and add grated carrot and milk to it. Keep the curry on a low flame for 10-15 minutes and leave.
- Then add sugar to it and cook the halwa till it turns red in color.
- Once it is cooked well, mix the chopped dry fruits in it.
- Serve hot.
