Wow what a wonderfully insightful and helpful article. I appreciate the great facts and perspectives. I actualy took a page of notes that I coped for future reference. I hope this community builds in the way that it is envisioned. there will be great challenges in scaling and keeping the original intent particularly as we move away from members primary reaons being here is financial. A real community foundation will have to take over and this will require people like you creating and espousing reasons that resonate with a frustrated yet malleable community.
