I'd thought my streak of dSound shares had come to an end, however, upon further consideration, I figured it might as well be worth throwing up a few more instrumentals from the vault that may not be my best works, but nonetheless are still pretty good and may be of enjoyment to some listeners...
This one, I can't recall the exact production date, though it would've been around 2014.
I was in the middle of my 5 years living in Bali, and of any of the productions I'd done while there, this one probably captured the most of its spirit, given the featured gamelans in it. (An Indonesian instrument, which I'd used a Native Instruments sample pack in here).
Listen to Rok Sivante - "End Of An Empire" on dSound
I wouldn't call this a song, so much as a progressive soundscape of sorts...
Quite an interesting fusion - the Balinese gamelans with organs and heavy synths - somewhat ambient, obscure, building up in intensity... releasing into the spaciousness of the overdriven gamelans reverberating thick amidst the sound of wind, white noise, or whatever the f*ck I'd used.
Whatever you'd call this, it's definitely got some depth of emotion to it.
Without further ado, may you have a listen yourself and experience the ride - wherever it may take you...
Enjoy!
Ini cerita yang menarik, saya suka dan saya akan terus mengikuti cerita anda. Salam dari orang indonesia 😊

Living in Bali, and letting the ride take you wherever it goes, gaining the experiences with it.
Looks like you have lived quite an adventurous life.
The music was calming and peaceful, thanks.

Lol, listening to it about time i got dumped by a girl too...
Thank you so much I just discover dsound from you I will register some music soon
I liked the part between 1:52 and the end; It sounds like the beginning of an action sequence in a movie. But it does get a little repetitive towards the end. But good work nonetheless!
Thanks for you

Then back here (Bali) again, here a lot of cultural customs. I think Balinese gamelan is the most typical musical instrument there and thick with history .. Waiting back to Bali. hehe
After reading through your post @rok-sivante I got touch at the point "it might have been during a period I'd broken up with my girlfriend. (Though she's now my wife, so that story had a happy ending)" I just just wish I could have a happy ending story like your. I ran into your post today and I think I will be sticking around your blog now.
Oh my! I am so glad I stumbled upon this masterpiece. I am an ecstatic dance and Kundalini dance facilitator in Edmonton, and I am always looking for soundscapes to add to my journeys. I will definitely be following your creations, as I love, love, LOVE to fill my playlists with beautiful vibes from producers I can support. So many people always want to buy tracks off my playlists, so I would love to hear more of what you offer.
I am quite new to Steemit and went to dSound and was a bit confused by how to support and post and buy the track... and link it to my account. I will definitely need to figure that one out so I can comment and share from dSound.
Many blessings for further soundscapes!

Whoa, cool. I grew up into Edmonton. Was introduced to Ecstatic Dance while living in Bali. Great stuff.
No buy option, but there should be a download button if viewing from a computer.
And “linking to your account,” would probably just be a “resteem” of this post. (The little sideways u-arrow next to “reply” at bottom of the post by rewards value).
:-)
Wanted to be the one who would make it go over 50.... upvoted... you now have less... gg Spiritualmax.
Whaaaat. Lol. Well, thanks anyways. :-)
This is great! And I love the incorporation of those Bali sounds...really takes me back there...
