The Oral Law may say that but God (yhvh) Himself says this : “So shall you say to the children of Israel, 'YHVH (ee-Hovah) - God of your forefathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you.' This is My Name forever, and this is how I should be mentioned in every generation.”

I just read that in Hebrew, it is the Father's name written the same as it is in the Gen 2 passage that Asaf read. The same as the one you completed above with the Cholam above Hey.

Yes.... Chabad Uses the cholam above the letter Heh..... יְהֹוָ֞ה

I am sure the very oldest forms of the Name do not include the Vowels since it was written after a very very long Oral Tradition.
