Basically it's a combination of very short delays and pitch shifting. It's an absolute studio classic. Michael Jackson, David Bowie, Frank Zappa...you name it...used it. Once you've heard the plugin in action you will hear it in a lot of productions ;)

Yes it sounds familiar, that's why I'm asking, I wasn't aware of the effect, as my financial situation prevented me to be an audiophile and to afford the hardware in my life, I will check the digital version, I think I've seen a vst, the hardware will come one day when I have chance to prioritize the finances for a cool studio :)
