I guess you can say that im infatuated with vocals. I love making beats around vocals, and this beat is no different. I literally took a phrase out of my boy Young Sau's vocals and made a beat around it. At first i didn't know which direction the overall track would land. I was just adding stuff i heard in my head to it. I added some bells, those bells that give it that real serious vibe. Then i added some serious 808s and drums that give it a trap feel but not really. The vocal is repetitive and loud. You have to have loud enough vocals to cut through it. I kept it loud like that on purpose. I try to do different things to see how they sound. This is one of them.
