The homeowner at McConnell's Trace sent a letter by environmental developers detailing changes in the existing dog restrictions, previously only called non-specific "aggressive offspring," said Josh McCurn, president of neighborhood associations in the area. Now the German shepherd, St. Bernards and chows are a list of 11 breeds of restricted dogs from the neighborhood.
