This is Paranoid. A very experimental and abstract track i produced as part of the Scruff Beat EP, an EP that was a step forwards in my music production. Prior to this EP i had produced music very similar to my influences and it was time i went off and developed my own sound. The title of the EP Scruff Beat represented my laid back approach to putting together these tracks, rather than looking at influences and focusing on how stuff should sound i went ahead with what sounded good to me. This particular track is one of my favourites, consisting of a simple rhythm and bizarre sections that fit together strangely well. (or so i think anyway) Check out the video for Paranoid here...
