Both withdraw and transfer take some time. It may be from a couple of minutes to a couple of hours. I personally, waited 25 minutes for one withdraw and 1 minute for another. I can only guess it has something to do with the number of transactions happening at the same time. However, since players started withdrawing, all DWD tokens got to their right place it just took some time. Please check your Steem Engine again in a while and contact us if you do not receive your DWD tokens in a couple of hours. Thank you.
