It creates a shit post, spamming the blockchain with a ton of crappy posts that they get a percentage of. Of course, that is a viable funding mechanism, IF you make it very clear that you are taking a percentage, AND you don't make it out like it's making money for the user due to a tiny upvote from a DrugWars bot. The needed to try to figure out a way to get delegations for their bot, and probably take a much smaller percentage.
