Introducing your own token is probably a good strategic move for drug wars. However I think its not a good idea to introduce it in a big bang fashion. Taking away all the rewards overnight isn't a good idea.
How about you substitute FUTURE tokens for referral rewards first, then heist rewards and Drug production rewards the next.
This will give you enough time to prove the usability of the new token and the users also to gain confidence in your token.
With big bang approach you are going to lose a big user base all at once.
Reconsider the decision please.
