Je pense que oui, on peut poster en 4k.
Mon fichier fait 900Mo pour 3 minutes.
Certe, par default Dtube charge les vidéos à 480p mais en cliquant sur l'engrenage, puis sur qualité on peut choisir une qualité "source".
