I noticed that they were drinking more and more on tv not all that long ago. And it went from late night talk shows to morning shows like Hoda and Kathy Lee. It was somewhat in a sophisticated way, and now it's just "Thirsty Thursday!!!!"...drinks all around!
Now I personally do drink. However I feel offended that they just started doing this with no mention of exeption or notice of any change in programming's moral code (FCC). I know, "moral code" in showbiz?? And I empathize with anyone that struggles with alcohol and doesn't need to see this crap first thing in the morning on what used to just be about sunrises and getting ready for your day.
