Ingredients
200 gr Red Dragon Fruit
8 tbsp Rice Flour
30 ml Santan (I wear kara)
500 ml Water
To taste sugar
a little salt
Step
Mix rice flour, coconut milk, water, sugar, and salt. Cook while stirring until thickened, remove. Allow to half cold.
Dragon fruit, puree. Mix into the dough. Stir until smooth. Put it in the refrigerator. Serve after a cold.
