hello guys, with this post I want to reveal the recipe and method of preparing one of the best drinks I've ever done and drank in 20 years of barman career. It is an ideal drink for an aperitif, but not only. Basically it is a variation of an international drink, the very famous champagne cocktail.
His name is. Eugene!
We begin to list the ingredients
3 cl sugar syrup
2 cl fresh lemon juice
7/8 drops of angostura bitter
2 cl Cognac Rémy Martin V.S.O.P.
18 cl sparkling wine Cesarini Sforza charmat method, chardonnay
2 strawberries cut in half
3 grape berries
lime peel
6/7 ice cube
We proceed by preparing the base of the drink, in a very large glass baloon, you can also use a normal wine glass.
We put syrup, angostura, cognac and lemon juice, then add strawberries, grapes and lime peel, and after putting the ice we fill with the wine, pouring it gently, in 2 times, and always gently with the barspoon mix it, little, making be careful not to lose the wine bubbles.
As cognac you can also use others, but the important thing is that it is of medium-high quality, as well as wine, which besides being of good quality should not have too floral aromas, so for example prosecco is not indicated.
So good drinks guyzzz!!
