Yesterday, I had the opportunity to experience dining at Crystal Jade Kitchen, a newly popular restaurant in Vietnam that quickly drew attention with the reputation of its MICHELIN-awarded chain across Asia.. From the moment I walked in, the difference from other dining spots was immediately apparent.
Upon entering, I was struck by the sheer number of patrons
The space was spacious and luxurious, exuding professionalism, which made me even more satisfied with my choice.
We started with dim sum, and I must say, the finesse in each dish was truly remarkable. Crystal Jade Kitchen offers over 100 authentic Cantonese dishes, and I decided to try some signature items: soy sauce braised chicken feet, shrimp dumplings, Shanghai buns, and the standout, Peking duck.
The Peking duck was particularly memorable. The crispy, golden-brown skin was a highlight. The chefs’ skillful technique, from adjusting cooking time and temperature, resulted in a perfectly crisp skin without being greasy, while still maintaining an exceptional flavor.
Served wrapped in soft pancakes with cucumber, chili, and finely sliced scallions, and drizzled with a unique sauce, the dish created a beautifully balanced flavor.
The dim sum dishes—Shanghai buns, shrimp dumplings, and siew mai—were also meticulously prepared, showcasing the chefs' expertise
I was impressed with the perfect combination of flavors in each dish, from the taste to the appearance of the dish, everything was great.
The space of the restaurant
was another big plus. The decoration style, with luxurious gold tones and warm, attractive colors, creates a sophisticated and pleasant atmosphere. Traditional Chinese cultural elements are skillfully combined with modern touches, creating a luxurious restaurant.
The service at Crystal Jade Kitchen was satisfying because the staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to meet the needs of customers. In addition, I ordered fresh guava and pineapple juice, both were delicious and refreshing, it was great to enjoy this drink with roast duck and dumplings.
Although the price at Crystal Jade Kitchen may be a little higher than some other places, the quality of food and service is completely worth the cost. Everything is prepared and served in the true Cantonese style, giving me a special dining experience.
If you are looking for a place to enjoy Cantonese food in a luxurious space, this is definitely the place you must visit.

I've gone to different Crystal Jade restaurants here quite a number of times.
They mostly OK but sometimes the standard vary.
Even I find the price in Singapore quite high too. 😎
