I've been practising lucid dreaming for a while now but it's still difficult for me to keep lucid, maybe had two really good ones. Had some really disturbing sleep paralysis though, they can be very scary.

Sleep paralysis can be frightening, and the imagery in dreams tends to mirror back your emotions so being afraid can make it even worse!
