Dreams are like movies. Some are science fiction, bizarre and seem to be not connected to your daily life; others dramatic, telling a life story, from which you can learn a lot.
When you train your mind to trust your dreams, to remember them, to open up to them, you begin to remember all your dreams, the various types.
Then, when you wake up, you decide which dreams you contemplate and which you release with a smile.

I hardly remember my dreams is this a problem or natural... Or sometimes i would remember part of a dream.
