The artwork is pretty well done, it manages to illustrate what's going on in the story nicely. He definitely looks bored and rather stumped here.

So we have a barking cat person and a laughing cat! Something is definitely afoot it would seem! I laughed at him strolling nonchalantly around a corner and then hightailing into an alleyway, that would have been such a brilliant animated scene XD
