I tend to think of NSFW at face value...this is not something that you want a supervisor to see you looking at on company time/property, etc. Regardless of our feelings about societal views of different body parts, I think we do well to use the NSFW tag to respect that other people do not wish to be exposed to such imagery.

I will be posting explicit images and drawings with the aim of improving access to accurate information about safety and pleasure with sex and I am hoping to provide education rather than entertainment, although I can't control that and enjoying explicit thoughts is certainly a healthy activity, anyway :) but I hope that my content can demonstrate that the NSFW tag has content that includes but is not exclusively pornographic.
