Usualy I use only raster programs to draw, but sometimes I want to try something new, and then I do vector in Adobe Illustrator. Toucan bird:)

No, I create vector once a year:) All the other time I'm a raster concept artist;)
yes, sometimes vector is needed. I think that the classic free paper style is more organic
