Anatomical drawing of a Polyarthra dolichoptera. This rotifer is extremely interesting; it has 12 feather like structures. These are probably the smallest feathers you'll ever see. Feathers on a microscopic organism is one of the last things I expected to find.

So, can it fly? Very strange. What does it use them for? Great drawing as always.
They can't fly, they live in water and use them more to brace themselves, navigate, and change direction.
