Wow, thanks for that kind words. I did not trademark anything. As far as comics go, its not too hard to tell if someone is blatantly stealing work. The internet makes it easy for anyone to check sources and see who are the real creators. I have these tutorials on youtube that I've been working on. I'm sure I mention some things that might help you in your backgrounds.
