I actually wanted to make my own spin on the story with a comic, but nobody seemed interested in it before P: I wonder what I did with those old drawings? I can't remember exactly what was different about it, except that Robin acted a bit more like Peter Pan LMAO
But I've always loved stories of knight-esque characters galavanting off into random adventures x)
(I mean Robin and Peter are hardly knights LMAO but?? Idk. Robin could maybe pass as a rogue knight xD)

I adored both the one where they were animals and Robin Hood: Men in Tights, partially because the comedy, as best as I can remember (been forever since I watched it, I should watch it again FALFJDLK), was A+++. But also the guy who played Robin was the same guy who played Wesley in The Princess Bride, which is my FAVORITE movie from my childhood, oh my goodness +_+)
It has ADVENTURE, and ROMANCE, and... torture??? BUT ALSO COMEDY and idk it just has literally everything you could ever possibly put in a movie, I think?? Except aliens or robots, but it was a mideval fantasy and I don't think those are very common in that genre LOL
But holy shit Aurthruian Knights are A++++ S rank goodness
Have you ever played Sonic and the Black Knight?? A lot of people hate it, but I ADORED seeing the Sonic cast in the roles of the Knights of the Roundtable LMAO
