It might be possible. I tried it but only 8 posts or so came out posted one hour ago. Not really interesting to use.

Hmm... you have to set the parameters properly. I have them going pretty good for 4 saved searches. Things I curate.
I wouldn't know how. I guess my English is not good enough than to use it.
