  • Take balanced diet, take regular exercises at home, stay away from junk food, smoking and drinking.

Diet won't build muscle.
Workout won't prevent diabetes.
Doing both is very important to maintain your health!

[ note: I'm an idiot. I actually don't know if diet can build muscles, or if workouts can prevent diabetes. I'm pretty sure they can't, but because this subject is about health, I don't want to spread misinformation based on what I think I know. Take what I say with a grain of salt. Wait... Not to big of a grain, excessive salt isn't healthy for you! ;^) ]
