those of weak morals may find themselves mismatched for the profession.
I wish that was the case. Models should always take a friend with them and not take private shoots in sketchy places with people they don't trust, unless they can bring a capable friend to back them up. This kinda has to become standard practice, because there are so many stories out there about things that have happened. I've heard nearly the same story with different details told to me by different friends over the years that have modeled. There's a trust and power there that some exploit.
Ideally, people all appreciate and recognize the individual as stand-up, go-to specialist. I wonder... what can I do to inspire that in my brand?
I dunno... There are various things you can do to get like guerrilla marketing, where friends and customers get the word out there, but I'm not sure if it really shows that you are a trustworthy capable person. The best I can come up with is some kind of affiliate or discount setup, where people can either earn discounts on photo shoots and such by referring people, or literally earn a percentage from it, doing social media posts and telling friends about their experience. Then you have people marketing for you, and you work more and more with your biggest advocates.
Of course, running an affiliate program isn't necessarily easy. There are a lot of things you have to consider.
