What is the best way to stay fit?
- Workout in a gym.
- Take balanced diet.
- Regularly perform normal housework and take balanced diet.
- Fitness is a myth. One should not care too much for one's fitness.
- Take balanced diet, take regular exercises at home, stay away from junk food, smoking and drinking.
- Join a local sports team.
- Work as a farmer or a laborer.
- I am already fit.
- I don't know.

Doing both is very important to maintain your health!
[ note: I'm an idiot. I actually don't know if diet can build muscles, or if workouts can prevent diabetes. I'm pretty sure they can't, but because this subject is about health, I don't want to spread misinformation based on what I think I know. Take what I say with a grain of salt. Wait... Not to big of a grain, excessive salt isn't healthy for you! ;^) ]
