"Thanks to" my brother I had a very small debt last year (in 2018), but other than that I did not had any debts. I always tried to save some money.
I currently also have small amount of savings.
I think it's positive as our properties are worth more than the outstanding mortgages. We're pretty lucky as I know a lot of people really struggle. How can young people afford to buy a home? May be an issue for my kids in a few years.

The only debt I have is a mortgage. I hate loans and will try to clear that as quickly as possible. Everything else i try to keep my spending low.
