I do not think that Hive is a waste of time, I see that a lot of Blurt guys still spend a lot of time here.
Did Steemit remove the downvote feature? I do know that the bid bots and the vote selling are back, and I can't even read what's on trending because it's either in Chinese, Korean, or something else.
Another thing that I forgot to mention is that Blurt has fees, right? And there are not many apps there except for the social ones (frontends), which I know there are a few of them.

Hive is great for the L 2 tokens on hive-Hive-Engine that cannot be downvoted by themarkymark, Buildawhale and Blocktrades
Leo, Waivio, SPS, DEC, Pob, Pepe, Meme, Lolz, Fun, Cent , Ecency, Sports, Bee, etc etc … where you can still earn $100 a day.
There are No downvotes on Steemit since all the angry jealous Downvoters moved from Steemit to Hive in 2020
The fees are minimal on Blurt … like .001 Blurt to post. It keeps the spam away since spammers don’t like to pay for their spam … it works
So far I have earned over $ 60,000 USD on Blurt since 2020 , and converted a lot to Bitcoin .. and earn even more Bitcoin with Blurt on BeeSwap.

As for Hive Engine, there is something that worries me, I might mention it in a future post. It's something related to the wrapped version of HIVE.

Yes… in Theory somebody could downvote you on Steemit but they don’t.
Because they are genuinely very nice people over there compared to Hive.
Hive seems to be mostly angry jealous greedy people.
I have concerns of all Exchanges so I convert most of my Crypto to Bitcoin every 7 days and remove from the Exchanges.
Good strategy. I'll see if I can write about the issue that I found on Hive Engine. I'm planning to make a post about LeoDex, maybe I'll mention it there.
