Take a look at this post Updating my witness votes once in a few months ! I spent 2 years and 5 months learning about all those witnesses and updating the vote again and again. I spend almost half hour talking to record a video and to show people all the projects we have. I spend a few hours writing and editing the post to make it perfect and the result is $7 that will be distributed between curators and I'll get from that about $3 in real money. Do you think that all that work deserve $3 ? !

You are not alone in that, many here deserve greater rewards.
Everything here is not justly distributed here.
With such a low price of steem now, it's not easy
but I hope you are patient and want to see it bear fruit in the future.
