Before they want to donate to theirself you don't know if they have food,not everyone you see looking well is well they just don't have to look hypocritical just to show that now you'd only be sure of the people close to u because you are sure of what they go through doesn't mean others don't...I've also give from the little I've had severally ,but I do get your point it is very kind of you and I feel bad that you're confused on what to do about this and I do hope you think of something and a fair one too....
